1. Agreement & Who We Are
Mint Presence ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Riaton Investors LLC, builds portfolio websites for beauty and grooming professionals. By using our website at mintpresence.com, purchasing our services, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 2. The Service & What You Purchase
Our one-time $297 fee covers: professional design and setup of your portfolio website, registration of your chosen custom domain (first year included), website hosting, an SSL certificate, and content updates handled by email. There are no monthly fees and no subscription. Website content is assembled from your public Instagram profile at your direction — your photos, services, and booking information.
3. SMS Terms of Service
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Mint Presence, you agree to the following:
- Message types: You may receive text messages about your portfolio website (status updates, preview links, account notifications) as well as promotional and marketing messages about our services.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@mintpresence.com.
- Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any of our products or services.
- Carriers: SMS service is available on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Our commitment is simple: you pay for a live website. If we are unable to complete your website's setup after you have paid, you will receive a full refund of your $297 payment. If your chosen domain becomes unavailable between checkout and setup, we will offer you an alternative domain at no additional charge, or a full refund if you prefer not to continue. 5. Domains
As part of the service, Mint Presence (Riaton Investors LLC) registers your chosen domain name and manages it on your behalf as the registrant of record. Your first year of domain registration is included in the one-time fee. Before your first year ends, we will contact you about renewal (registrar renewal costs are typically $12–15 per year). If you would like the domain transferred or have questions about domain management, contact us at support@mintpresence.com and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
6. Your Content & Instagram
Your website is built from content you own or have the right to use — your photographs, service descriptions, pricing, and booking links, as published on your public Instagram profile. You retain all rights to your content; we claim no ownership of it. If you would like any content changed or removed from your website, email us and we will handle it. If you believe content appears on a preview site in error, contact support@mintpresence.com and we will address it promptly, including removal on request.
7. Preview Websites
Before purchase, we may build and host a preview version of a portfolio website as an offer of our services. Preview websites are provided at no cost and no obligation, remain our property until claimed, and may be modified or taken down at any time. Claiming a preview (completing checkout) converts it into your live website under these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, and not to request website content that infringes the rights of others. We may decline or discontinue service where these Terms are violated.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep your website online and functioning, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of websites, hosting, or third-party services (including domain registrars, hosting providers, booking platforms, and SMS carriers). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
